3. Services and Marketplace

Figsor provides platform tools for service booking, delivery-enabled services, business listings, freelancer profiles, gig worker workflows, customer accounts, communications, support, payments, documents, and administrative operations.

Freelancers and gig workers

Freelancers and gig workers are responsible for accurate profiles, eligibility information, uploaded documents, service quality, safety, availability, and complying with applicable work, tax, transport, and platform rules.

5. Payments, Fees, and Payouts

  • Prices, taxes, service fees, delivery fees, platform fees, refund rules, and payout timing may vary by service, country, provider, and payment method.
  • Payment and payout processing may be handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms.
  • Figsor may withhold, reverse, delay, or review payments or payouts where required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, compliance, account review, or legal obligations.

Figsor may approve, reject, request resubmission, suspend access, or limit features based on verification status, document quality, compliance checks, or operational risk.

Figsor may remove, hide, restrict, or review content that appears inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, abusive, infringing, misleading, or inconsistent with platform rules.

9. Availability and Changes

Figsor may update, add, remove, pause, or change features, countries, services, prices, eligibility rules, workflows, and platform requirements. Some services may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, regional changes, or provider disruptions.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

Figsor provides the platform on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Figsor does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free service, specific results, earnings, customer demand, business outcomes, worker availability, delivery timing, or third-party provider performance.
